• Oolong is a unique type of semi oxidized tea, falling in between green tea and black tea.
• Oxidized levels vary depending on the processing techniques of the tea masters.
• Crafted through a sophisticated 8-stage process. Rolling in particular is an important aspect
  which can change the appearance, color, and aroma of the final oolong tea leaves.
• Taiwanese Oolong teas are oxidized generally between 10%-40%.
